It sure is very sad. When we be driving in the dark in a city near by we see many black folks walking there wearing all black clothing and NONE of reflective items on their bodies that would reflect the light from the car headlights and would make them visible !!! They are all black in the darkness and are literally so very hard to see !!! Think about that and wear something that others can see on the roads at night !!!
