The attacker was probably mentally ill or on drugs. The most shocking thing is not the assault but the fact that no one intervened just filmed the attack. And then no one apprehended the attacker to hand them over to the police. There were enough people there to do this. Interestingly, no one is talking abut race for obvious reasons — but you can imagine how this would have taken off had the attacker been white.
She needs to go to jail and be deported
