  2. You're a lore person, so whoever told you you don't need to do the hangout events is just wrong. Some of them are some of the best content in the game, and yes, they give you a greater appreciation of characters who don't tend to appear in the main story.

But Qiqi doesn't have a hangout event, because she's a five star character. Unfortunately, unlike most five stars, she also doesn't have a story quest. That said, since you have her, you can easily learn her backstory by reading through the character stories you'll unlock on her profiles as you level up her friendship.

There is a dark void type class, we just haven't unlocked any characters who use it yet. You saw Dainsleif use Abyssal power in We Will Be Reunited, and he's confirmed to eventually be a playable character. We also have the opposite, a light power, which is what the Traveler and their sibling used when fighting the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles, and will likely get back by the end of the game.

Yes you can watch the Chalk Prince and the Dragon before going to Inazuma. Chalk Prince was released with version 1.2, Inazuma was version 2.0.

  3. About Qiqi's past, each character has in their profile character stories which u can read ingame (though you have to raise friendship with them to unlock them) each one dwells into the characters past and for qiqi how she died and became a zombie, I wont be spoiling it if you want to read that for yourself
About the order of how to watch/do those stories, both "the chalk prince and the dragon" and the first lantern rite came out before inazuma so you can watch those anytime while the interlude came out after inazuma but it can be done before it since it doesnt connect or spoil the inazuma story in any way, what I do want to point about the chalk prince and the dragon is that you should do first albedos story quest (this is one is a permanent story quest ingame you just need to reach adventure rank 35 to be able to do it) and also the event has basically a part 2, another event called "shadows amidst snowstorms" and this one has most of the juicy details about albedo, this event came out after inazuma but just like interlude it doesnt connect to inazuma so you can even watch it right after finishing the first event

  4. As a C6 Qiqi haver I'll say that Blaze is kinda right. Qiqi doesn't do anything other healing characters don't do better. We don't currently have content in the game that makes full use of Qiqi's kit. They'd have to forsake the time system for Abyss and go to something else to make her a valuable choice.

  5. I've been waiting for this because while this is of some entertainment to us, it should also be somewhat educational to you and hopefully better guide your opinions on who you might want to pull for in the future and how to use them. While I liked seeing your reactions to main quest stuff such as the perfume quest and the big battle at the end of the Liyue Archon Quest, I'm am equally interested in reactions to certain other quests especially story quests and world quests starting with the stuff in Inazuma (although I guess you can start on those after you've caught up with the main story stuff. One thing I do recommend you do is to at least do the archon-related story quests since most of them unlock a trounce (weekly) boss in their 2nd world quest which is kinda important if you're interested in leveling your talent lvls past 6 as well getting the rare weapon billet materials. Anyways, take your time; I'm sure plenty of people are digging into Tears of the Kingdom right now.

  6. As a lore nerd, and an albedo main, your enthusiasm has me so hyped. Albedo’s character has the best lore and backstory writing only second to the traveler and the archons.

I can’t wait for your reaction to the chalk Prince and the dragon

  7. Mona uses hydromancy in order to do astrology, that the main reason she's hydro.

All events prior up to Midsummer Island Adventure are events you can check out prior to doing Inazuma.
After Inazuma and its interludes, events up to Summer Fantasia is fine before doing Sumeru.

We get more of the info about Albedo and Khaenri'ah in Shadows Amidst Snowstorms but you'll probably wanna start that after Inazuma—though iirc, since it is Dragonspine stuff it could be viewed after The Chalk Prince and the Dragon with no issue with continuity. But for the sake of not getting confused it might be best to wait till after you do the first couple events in Inazuma and the like.

  8. Diluc with Lisa? Diluc with any electro character? worst combo you can do in this game you want enemies to be close to him and not flying around with explosions

  9. 38:00 Keqing is really fun I still use her as dendro made her pretty strong especially when paired with fischl. It's sad that the only way you get her is losing 50/50 or from standard banner.

  10. I love how you're always putting something different in the Title 😂😂 First it was BOTW Fan reacts to Genshin. New Genshin Fan to Honkai Star Rail and TOTK. Now TOTK Fan to Genshin LMAO. I know why you do it, but its still hilarious to me xD

  11. A character's element is typically tied in some subtle way to the nature of the ambition that got them a Vision. It seems like ambitions involving truth – either revelation or deception – tend to result in a Hydro Vision. Expressing yourself to the world, reflecting the nature of the world, hiding yourself within the world… it's still unclear whether this kind of connection between ambition and element is tied to the nature of the current archon of that element or if there's a deeper common cause. But Fontaine will be interesting. (As the Dendro Archon said to me, while settling down to her panopticon with popcorn.)

Not everybody grew up with Final Fantasy: I didn't although I now understand the reference. There is a fundamental problem with building a planet and ecosystem out of elemental energies, requiring the planet's continued existence to rely on maintaining their balance and circulation… and then introducing a new basic element whose nature is to devour or corrupt all other forms of energy. Citation: what happened the first time somebody tried doing exactly that to this game's world. Also see: the time somebody decided the first time had been such a wonderful idea.

  13. this was fun to watch, I hope we get to see a playthrough of urs exploring the game, really like Ur reactions and I'd binge Ur journey tbh. and yes shield in game gives u interruption res and no stagger. some players prefer not using shield units because they are usually a dmg loss but it's a lot more comfy and fun to play the game with a shield and zhongli is the best option in that role

  14. Collected miscellany may be low on lore, but the lore they have is unique, as it showcases Dainsleif's viewpoint. I'm so looking forward for the remaining collected miscellany.

  15. If you want to learn more about Diluc I recommend reading the Manga. There's a lot of lore info there about him, Mondstadt, the Fatui, free of spoilers, as it takes place BEFORE the game. Actually, since you talked about Dark Magic stuff, Diluc is the closest we've seen to use some Dark Magic type of stuff of all characters, I think.
Also Try the legendary quests of the characters if you want to learn some extra stuff about them. Like, in Mona's quest, you literally meet her mid travel to Mondstadt and helps her with eating and finding a place for her to stay (She does live there to this day).
