This 4 year old can blend up to 4 sound words so it was time to introduce a new phonics pattern. My child has a Reading Intervention teacher and he showed no improvement so she said he had a learning disability. I knew he did not. So I took teaching him myself when he didn't have school…..My boy is able to read full sentences on his own in just 2wks. If she spent more time realizing some kids just are cranking in the morning their little, then instead of assuming they have a disability right away…ugh
