  1. As for the “why is the opponent sitting through this” Im sure there’s a non zero amount of people that recognize your username in arena and don’t surrender because they know you may be recording a video and want to let you go off for the content.I probably would if i ran into you honestly.

  2. Seems even worse for gameplay than Alrund, and needs everyone to carry instant/flash artifact removal. Or I guess we can Gonti the artifact, or enchant it into an artifact creature that we then capture to our side and finally Cloudshift.😅

  3. The mass amount of misplays and bad deck design that went into this is astonishing. Legit could of mind slave locked his opponent two turns earlier and ended one of his turns with a net 1 cost mana rock with one mana available used for nothing. Managed to get to 15:34 and stopped after he decide that tapping the vaults to search his deck was better than just winning the game, I hate people who play like this, stop wasting peoples time!

  4. As ingenious as this tech is… it really should not be an infinite.

Mindslaver as a 1/2 turn effect per game is perfectly fine (strongk AF but half the cards in this game are). Anything more than that and you might as well just play by yourself vs bots. Personally I don't play to sit there and watch my opponent play themselves, for the whole game.

They could at least nerf it so you cannot get the effect for a second turn in a row, if WOTC want it to stay OP. Every other turn being locked out is still STUPIDLY strong, but at least offers options to keep it a competitive game.

For the record I have no issues losing to a powerfull, well built deck. It can be fun watching all the cascading effects and abilities aimed at my face.
But infinite lock outs or mill decks are just boring to go up against IMO.
