I’ve been doing really great despite my rather depressing rant posts I make every so often. I’ve continued to lose weight and I’m at around 25 ish pounds lost while also gaining weight at the same time. I have slimmed down tremendously, even my fitness coach has stated that I look very athletic despite the visible stomach that will be the last to go once the rest comes together. Really looking forward to seeing how shredded I’ll be when the stomach finally drops

At first I felt bad for him. Now his incessant whining is so off-putting that I'm starting to understand why the wife did what she did, food as eh may appear. He's a slow learner, but he learns.
The 30 minutes of this story didn't add one drop of anything new to part 1 … apart from his new fucking hairdo and the fact that I now hate the OP more than his STBXW does.

The answer is easy, although difficult to digest: The wife didn't love him.
My God. I have zero tolerance for cheaters, but I can understand why the wife turned away from the OP. I understand that the OP went through a traumatic and difficult situation, but his post is just about how he is "beautiful", "in shape", "got a good job", "people praise him", etc, etc.. Living with him shouldn't be easy. He needs a therapist to find himself. The OP remains attached to his WW. The personal improvements he is making seem like they are not for him but to show off to his WW. I also see a need for self-affirmation with the many redundant posts. The best action of a betrayed to a traitor is indifference. Good luck to the OP and thanks for the video.
