I believe that the man was in a accident the police pick him up and take him to the station and put him on the bench to investigate matters without taking him to the hospital, they should've taken him to the hospital first and then at the station. And in general i think this should be a priority for every body that is caught in an accident. Cause the impacted form the hit in the accident affected him and the impacted from being hit most time don't affect a person immediately. While most times could have affected a person immediately. So on a ray-sure 50/50. But in Guyana the police don't operated sensibly, they think the man is looking fine so we will investigate the matter anyway. What they supposed to do is have a cruit of Police to investigate and a escorted police or cruit to take the man and all individuals to the hospital make sure that everything is fine with every individuals that were involved in the accident and then after it is confirmed that the persons is fine from a doctor then proceed with forward investigation.
Maybe he got dizzy by some medical complain , that lady sounds positive on her words. Hope all work out for that family. Sorry for the he lost. May god bless u all

My condolences go to the family know him very good and for a very long time ,he doesn't drink alcohol I say this without any fear . The should have taken to the hospital 1: hitting two park vehicles 2: something doesn't look right with guy ,3 first the should have done take him to the hospital so to be check by a doctors .it going to be a lie if say he was under the influence of alcohol
