When Nick jumped in joy over going second, I asked myself why. When Richard stepped with his Ghostkheels on the objectives the game was over.
Sorry noob, how did Tau crisis suits begin so close to the middle of the board?
Go Drukhari, crush the blue skinned inferior races.
For Drukhari: You have to declare that a unit is empowered at the start of the phase. So it you want hit re-rolls you need to declare which units get hit-rolls at the start of the shoot or fight phase. Not when they are about to shoot or fight. Same goes for charge re-rolls but then you need to empower in the beginning of the change phase. It doesn't work like a command re-roll. I miss-used this my first game since it feels impractical. But it makes since since some units gets bonuses when empowered you want the entire phase like succubus getting fight first. But it is also a lot worse, especially for advance and change re-rolls. (And Cronos are 50p not 60p.)
Question for Richard. Tau Ethereals do not have ftgg ability, however under wargear abilities under marker drone it says "The bearer’s unit has the Markerlight keyword
and can act as an Observer unit for another unit even if it Advanced this turn." so my question is, in your opinion can a lone ethereal with marker drone act as an observer unit?
im surprise for such a big channel you guys dont use some really beautiful game boards/terrain. What I dislike about this competition centered shit is the terrain is boring and repetitive.

The only way to have a 6 man crisis blob + commander with enhancment in deepstrike is when I have less than 500 points in strat reserves cause of points limitation (half of all points), right?
That means, there is no way for t'au to put 2 six man crisis units with commander and 1 enhacement each in deepstrike?😢
When measuring for vehicles going over terrain, like the raider that have fly and measure from the hual. Do you measure from the hual or a point on the board below it?
Should the box car fusion collider ghostkeel had sustained hits 2? I thought no one was observing for him so he wasn't considered guided. Should have been sustained hits 1 correct?

When do you measure to the base and when do you measure to the hull? To shoot out of the terrain, my whole base needs to be in the building, but i cant overhang anywhere?
At 1:09:00ish you say the ravager down below needs its base within 12 but on the top of the board, the other boat is just poking its nose out.
