This is when you’ll potentially have access to Prapor, Skier, Peacekeeper and Jaeger at level 2, as well as the flea market – however the market itself is much more limited in 12.12 because of the various weapons and ammo that is banned from sale.

What's your favourite weapon in the "mature" stage of early wipe Tarkov?
I know this is completely unrelated but could you possibly make a video on what headset, headgear, tac rig, body armor, backpack and meds to use at level 1 traders?
with shotguns ive been having a lot of failure to feed and misfires. i think its on the shells tho as it happens on high durability shotguns
Very relevant for players at this stage! One thing that bears mentioning is the availability of 5.56 AK's. Providing you have unlocked M856A1 they are a fantastic budget option from the flea! The 5.56 MDR is banned so these rifles will always be cheaper at around ~40k. Also MP5SD is $511 = 64k. It comes with 61 ergo / 33 vertical recoil.
The only reason to run the MP5 is if you're doing scav knives for smgs before you hit level 15.

RPK is bassicly same base stats as the 5.56 mdr so it's like the mdr but in 5.45 and you can buy he DTK-1 comp from skier and use it plus a rk-4 and get 62 vert recoil for under 60k
The UMP silencer is on Peacekeeper Lvl 2 for $400.
The STM9 is great, also the MDR is back on the market for 60k a piece

Been running the pp-19 Vityaz and Kedr. Also, because of the higher rate of failure of shotgun shells, they most decently jam at ~50% but it's not as bad as a full auto weapon.
What ammo slaps at this point of the wipe?
I feel like 5.45 Ak (ak74n is the best one ) is king cause of the pp ( which prapor lvl 2 sells 400 every refresh which is enough imo ) round 33 pen and u can get it down to 62 recoil fairly cheap ( 60k for buying the gun form prapor plus all the mods ) after that your best bet is probably ss190 or fmj sx or obviously 7.62 Bp
You do unlock 5.56 856a1 but the problem is that u don’t unlock the mdr so you are stuck with high recoil m4 I would rather use 33 pen pp 62 recoil 650 rpm than 37 pen 856a1 80 recoil 800 rpm
At least that’s my plan and I feel like it’s probably the best one 5.45pp>7.62 ps>5.56 855
You might wanna post the if you own eod since you wont have enough rep in most traders at 15 to get lvl 2 in most traders as a standard account
I disagree on the STM-9. I often perform better with it than with a pp-19 or an MP5 due to the incredibly good ergo and recoil. Even with PST-GZH i feel confident in tapping heads and you often get it cheap on the flea which means its great for budget runs.
I like to think of it as a meta 9mm pistol.

As of this wipe I started buying 5.45 PP since they have same pen as 7.62 PS and its only 10-20 rubles more. Makes for a nice budget ammo for a crafted AK 74N

another overlooked option is 9×18 PSV rounds from jaeger LL1 in a kedr – something like 67 flesh damage per bullet at 900rpm makes it super effective for leg meta. 400 per reset is plenty if you stock up!
the VPO has way less muzzle velocity than the M700, which is pretty important while sniping, and M80 > .366 outside of maybe .366 AP. As for using a bolty over a DMR, it's pretty much just MOA at that point.
Because of the recoil changes to full auto, I’ve been enjoying semi auto weapons such as the RFB. With M80 it two shots level 4 armor.
Completely out of topic here, I managed to loot a few top tier stuff for 5.45 ak, I believe we have a new meta in the "reactor" muzzle brake + waffle supressor, also troy gas block got a .5% nerf to its recoil, so maybe also change the troy for the other one that has +4 ergo and just .5% less than current values troy to compensate for the suppressor.
Can you start running decent M4s at this tier 2 level or are they too expensive? Do they get significantly better with higher tier traders?
The M4 price at Peacekeeper is just about exactly the price the US government buys them from Colt for in real life.
AK74, taktika tula, buttpad, XPS, BS ammo. I feel this setup may even carry me to late game, igolnik and BS are so plentiful in raid

Just an FYI, the suppressor for the UMP is also Lv2 Peacekeeper, so yes, it can be suppressed and have a buff to recoil on level 2 🙂

Does durability affect the accuracy/moa of a rifle? As you said bolt actions need to be 100 dura?
so if you can by vector in flea why cant you by 30 round magazines there also?
