I agree up to a point with Denise. But when talks about Puerto Ricans. She loses me. All Puerto Ricans are USA citizens. The ones on the island and the ones born and or living in the USA . They can move freely from Puerto Rico to the usa and back with no passport. As for voting for president . If you live on the island , you can't because Puerto Rico doesn't have electors for the electoral college. The votes casted by the states to choose the president.
