Got it! Always lube your head when working on your union, royce or otherwise.
Why only install the star nut if you don't plan on using the fork again? Can't you remove & replace the star nut if needed? Forks are the one thing I've never touched but hope to change that someday.
I'm curious if you can see your e-bike display with polarized lenses. Some displays are polarized so with polarized glasses the display looks blank. Don't sweat your pace Wolf. You're covering decent miles in the wild & that's impressive enough. Your new gearing won't help with top speed but you'll be able to climb walls, with sticky enough tires;)
Love that LED helmet. Having light wherever you look is game changing. I usually attach lights to my helmet but having them installed is BUENO!

Have to jump back in. Thats full face helmet is sick. Its probably safe to say its time to retire the Oneal. Check the original manufacturer tag in the helemet. If its over 5 years old, its time to retire. The eps liners aren't safe after 5 years.

Nice full face helmet, I have the same problem down here in Florida humidity and hot can make you just want to ride without helmet.

I was always curious about those, the guy who owns the bike shop down the street for me always advised against them, but I think he's just a play it safe type, doesn't want to get sued in case something goes wrong.

That is the range on my little Ironhorse Warrior 3.1 26" ( 11×46 – 10 speed ) 30 teeth narrow wide chainring.
Some brands make a big deal that their bike has a tapered headtube and then use an adapter on the bottom of the headtube so they can put in a cheaper straight fork. A bit sneaky I think😒

hey guys. i pulled the trigger on the Rockshox Domain 160mm earlier today. I grabbed it for $260 from Backcountry. Weirdly enough the 160, 170 and 180mm versions are $260 while the 150mm version is $318.00. Wish me luck, I'm upgrading from a 120mm Rockshox Recon RL. I also had to go ahead and buy a boost thru-axle front wheel. The fork and wheel arrive next week, along with my Poseidon Norton frame. I'm thinking of doing a build video, if so I'll drop a link for you. I'd like to know what you guys think of the build.
