For mobile: In KDF, the 3-team setup, Keira's health is very detrimental. Their main use is vs magic teams where she's ONLY effective because she can silence the enemies before they ult and keep them silenced. In this situation, her having more health will literally break the effectiveness of the team.
In the Eternity team, Keira's often paired with Fafnir. In this case again, the health won't really help and definitely slow her down. So worse than no health again. Finally, in undead without Fafnir and in KSJ more health might be beneficial. Overall though, those teams are both weaker than KDF and Eternity + Fafnir.
The only reason I would get her health skin is after Corvus also gets a health super skin. In that case, Dorian won't be able to outheal the altar and Keira would die. Keira is most effective vs mages and vs Corvus in her KDF and Eternity teams. Only with Corvus' health boost would I consider the health skin to be beneficial in >50% of the fights she's used for.
