Tamiya RC Catalogue 2023 Page by Page

Tamiya RC 2023 Catalogue (Katalog) came in the post this week.

Thought you would all like to see what is inside! It is quite a comprehensive guide to parts and models in the RC stable for the next 12 months. I haven’t had one of these in years and they are super cool!

No surprises unfortunately and I was really hoping to still see the DN-01 tucked away in there πŸ˜”

Enjoy!

  1. I have never thought about a catalogue before, the photos are good to see, and its good to get a breakdown of parts. I do think they should give them out for free, like how Argos used to have pallets of the big book of dreams, as ultimately it is a selling tool, and web presence is king. Free catalogues all round!

  2. I want one but also do not want one. I want it to be able to thumb through and day dream build with but also don't want it as I will start buying more and more to actually build!!! "Free" catalog would end up costing me an arm and a leg!!

  3. Your lucky Craig… I got a package straight from TamiyaUSA about 2 months ago, they sent me a Tamiya R/C Line-Up catalog… However…. It's Volume 1 2017 LMAO!!!!! WTF am I going to do with a 5 year old catalog??? (I look through it). Great video my friend and let me know if you help with your XV02 build.

  4. Hi Craig, thanks for the presentation.
A high-lift's still a dream of mine. But with the MFC almost unpayable and somehow I'm happy with my TRX-4. So I'm now thinking of a TT-01 truck and I'm happy to see them still in the program.

  5. Great to see a Tamiya catalogue again brings back memories of flicking through them back in the 80’s and looking at all the wonderful cars. A great spot by Tamiya to put all the hop ups with each car great for reference might have to purchase one, and bit disappointed that there’s no Hotshot in there, might have to order one quick before they all go. Many thanks for sharing best wishes and have a great weekend

  6. Thanks for sharing that, Craig – saved us buying one! it really is a lovely glossy production. Takes me back to the days when there was no internet and we read everything on paper! Trouble is, I want all the kits and bodies and hop-ups in that bloody thing! All the best, have a great weekend, matey! :))

  8. Hi there Craig, oh wow! A glossy magazine! So remember these back in the 80’s really didn’t know they had these catalogues, especially with modern era of the www! I might try and locate a copy, so loved the glossy catalog, just something about having full glossy detailed magazines. I’ve drooled over the Highlifts, always dreamed of one of those great models, just so expensive. Thanks for sharing. Take care and best wishes to you all πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜πŸ˜‰
