  1. China will attack anytime soon. Their military training around Taiwan is actually pre positioning their war machines in the guise of military exercises. It's a surprise and overcome. They don't want the invasion to be long.

  2. I am old enough to have read Lee Iacocca’s book in which he described his last days at Ford as like a sausage, waking up every morning and they cut off another piece. Well, the US has been cutting pieces off the Taiwan sausage in recent years and China apparently has learned that tactic and seized this visit as an opportunity to cut a piece as well, from the opposite direction.

  3. Yes Chins has a vast military but is one of the most defended nations/islands on the planet. They have plenty of modern military technology and their jets are not old. May be 4th generation but are updated to the highest degree. The China planes have not been battle tested. God forbid it won't happen but it will be another UA style fightback

  4. Maybe all the ethnic Chinese should just leave the country to its minority indigenous populations who have been there since time immemorial. They have seen the Dutch invade, the Japanese invade and lastly the Chinese.

  5. The difference between Ukraine and Taiwan is that Taiwan is the worlds largest chip manufacture. If China invaded Taiwan this would cripple the world. The chip shortage at the moment is already causing long delays in electronic manufacturing. An invasion would devastate electronic manufacturing. The west could not let that happen. The US has invested trillions in Taiwan and would surely want to protect their investment. Sleepy Joe may not seam an issue for the Chinese, but the real people in power will not want to see their fortunes disappear and will push for the US to defend Taiwan.

  6. If China invades Taiwan, first blow up the chipmaking factory beyond recognition, 2nd remove all foreign buisneses from China, 3rd stop buying and block all goods from China.

Let them go back to Xi's Shrangila, the time of Mao.
