  1. "I'm not a public speaker by trade" says the guy whose LITERAL job is speaking in public on these videos…
    WTAF?
If it means anything, though, I've liked you and your presentation style since day one and think you should be upgraded from "Interim Host" to "The Guy".
    IMHO…

  2. Most Americans were forced to take Physical Education during school, which means almost every single one of them spent multiple classes running track round a football field. For some reason, that's just the way school stadiums are set up, but it does mean most americans are familiar with the length of a football field and therefor understand it as a unit of measure.

  3. I decided to look it up because I don't know how big a Football pitch is compared to a Football field. Turns out that they are nearly the same. So if you can imagine a football pitch, you can just substitute that for an American football field.
Bonus fact: The Canadian football field is larger than American.

  5. I think this one is among your best videos, Karl. Really loved it! And I can tell that "Welcomed with open triangles" was your first read of that sentence due to how off-guard it took you lol. Really funny reaction. XD

Fascinating subject, I never knew about that city. I love learning about Antiquity and Classical era stuff. 😀

  6. Connecticut is approximately 3.218 million acres, or about 2.438 million football fields. That is USA Football. If you want Soccer fields, which is also called Football just about everywhere else, that would be 1.788 million football/soccer fields.
