I’d love to see an animated hulk unit named the Beached Boys
I think pulling your raiding fleet from the Southern Wastelands and have them turn north to strike at the darwfs on a second flank would be the best way to help pin down Ironbrows. This would prevent him from jumping on your recent acquisitions, allowing them to prosper and grow as you need.

By turn 32 you have two armies, 2,7k and plenty of options for recruiting and upgrading your settlements. I'm trying to play Teclis campaign, with and without SFO, and the contrast could not be more clear. The available income for the poor Tyrion's brother is depressing. Could you take a look at his case? Speaking of HE, there is a very interesting starting position in the Old World map, Elf Town, just across the river, in front of Mariemburg. With the mod configuration tools, you can choose any HE lord (except Teclis). Tyrion, for instance, have a -20 diplomacy penalty with all factions in SFO, which could create an all out war scenario. Certainly a challenging proposition.
