Sweden sounds alarm over Russian oil tankers | Focus on Europe



Security officials report that hundreds of tankers are traveling from St. Petersburg to India or China. Putin is apparently circumventing Western sanctions by navigating his oil shipments past the Swedish island of Gotland. Residents feel threatened.

  1. DW is a real funny network…Why would Putin want Europe? He is going to steal all the good people and the West will stuck with the bottom of the bucket…I remember one US congressman asked the head of the joint chiefs about stopping those Russian tankers, the General basicilly said that is called war. There are no sactions under BRICS…

  2. What no one says is that the amount of oil that the world can produce is finite and it is not possible to cancel Russia, this oil goes to India for them to resell to Europe for a premium price.

  3. Have the Swedes and the Germans lost their minds? Russia attacking Sweden is an idiotic, hysterical fantasy. Continuing to push Russia closer and closer to nuclear war? Thats a real threat to everybody and the Swedes.
