Hey donut I normally don't comment on YouTube videos I've been watching police body cam of many types of situations for so many years now while watching as I normally do before bed I came across a video on police activity and this is by far some of the worst policing I've seen in this situation I've been in similar situations and never froze as much as these offices what do you think

Tbh with you if we had context from the previous encounter from the day before i guarantee you they were harassing him for being homeless in a park. These cops seem to have majorly escalated thos second encounter knowing hes homeless. Cops love to harass homeless people to the point that they become irrate and inconsolable and essentially bait them into having themselves commit a crime and get arrested. This a common tactic cops use on homeless americans.
