One of the suspects in a brutal attack on two NYPD officers has been indicted by a grand jury, amid reports that some of the other suspects have been arrested in Arizona. FOX 5 NY’s Chris Welch has the story.

Australia here when immigrants, refugees came to Australia my State of Victoria in Australia on mass, we the Australian Citizens and those who came here legally were told if these new immigrants 'Refugees commit any crime they and their families would be DEPORTED. 10 year's later No DEPORTATION just on mass crime gangs, still home invading, store invasions, assaults, murders. If America has Millions of these undocumented Criminals there now. It's too late. Biden, Harris, Pelosi all involved should be charged with Treason, Impeachment. Now when President Trump regains his Rightful position as President of the United States of America, Look what he has to deal with. Shame on Biden. New York is a sanctuary state , which means that the state seeks to protect illegal immigrants who commit crimes like this by prohibiting law enforcement from contacting ICE when the illegal immigrants are arrested or detained . Without that protection ICE would issue a detainer , preventing their release until their immigration status could be evaluated. If the charge is an aggravated felony , they can be formally departed. If the NY voters endorse the sanctuary state practice ( with they have had since 2014) they are literally saying they would rather protect the illegal immigrants over , the law abiding legal residents .
