After just over three months on the run, the U.S. Marshals announced the arrest of a suspect accused of fatally shooting a restaurant manager.
On Oct. 22, U.S. Marshals announced the apprehension of Adiah Namir Roberson, 17, in a multi-agency operation at an apartment complex outside of Dallas, Texas.
Roberson is accused of fatally shooting 33-year-old Daniel Shrewsbury, a manager at a Sonic Drive-In on the Northside on July 7.
One other suspect, 27-year-old Joshua Albert Joseph, was arrested in connection to the shooting.
Roberson has been charged with Murder, as well as Forgery of a Government Document, Evading Arrest, Criminal Trespass, and Possession of Marijuana.
