A man was recently arrested for his suspected involvement in the death of a 24-year-old woman who overdosed on fentanyl, the Folsom Police Department said. Folsom police said that on July 26 officers responded to reports of a suspected fentanyl overdose and performed life-saving-measures on a 24-year-old woman at the 1000 block of Folsom Ranch Drive.
