So I just want to say, as someone from St. Louis, Jordan's joke is actually true in a way. Our science center has a spot you can build an arch with blocks very similar to in the challenge, just not as heavy

So either you’re doing this fake idol play because you really don’t want to vote out Bhanu or you’re doing it because you’re worried the other members of your alliance might turn on you over Bhanu.

Re: 90 minutes vs. 2 hours, I think the sweet spot is a 2 hour premiere with 1 boot and a 2 hour second episode with 2 boots assuming we have 3 tribes. Then 90 minutes for all others till finale. They did the double tribal in 41's premiere and haven't done it since! I'd love to see it again sometime.

I didn't like how they tried to do Jess dirty with the fake idol. It seemed like overkill. But maybe they didn't know just how little Jess wanted to be there by that point. I mean we know there are things we don't see in the episodes, just as there are things we do see that the players don't. So maybe if they had known they wouldn't have bothered.
As to the punching down, I'm willing to say that was just venting frustration. The issue I have with that is that if you're going to punch down, you might want to make sure you're standing taller. Right now there's nobody on that tribe that has shown they're a winner. I find it hard to believe Kenzie would have been much more help holding those blocks up than Jess. And Bahnu & Tiffany can't keep their emotions in check. Like, it's Survivor. Things are not always going to go your way. If you can't accept that then maybe it's not the game for you?
Even Q, who seems like the strongest player, isn't exactly an all-star. He wouldn't be the first athletic person to under-perform on the show. We're not exactly talking Johnathan here who was literally winning team challenges on his own.
So my mindset is that okay, you've gotten rid of Jess, who you all blamed for the losses. So then you better win, right? As Q would say "You're 4 better be stronger than their 4." If you wanted to put it all on Jess, then there's no reason you shouldn't go out and dominate the next challenge. Rrrright?
I have a rescue american foxhound too. ❤ thinking of your family, losing a pet is so hard
