The reason why the trial key didn’t work is because that vault was a ominous vault to use it you would need a ominous key which you can get by drinking a ominous potion then going to the place where the skeleton spawned then when you kill all the mobs you get a ominous key ( kill the pillager leader to get a ominous potion )
Brandon tried to open the WRONG vault… You had to open the other vault

Brandon the thing you were trying to open is actually called the ominous vault and you need a ominous vault key also mace recipe breeze rod over heavy core heavy core can be obtained from the ominous vault.
u guys needed something called ominous trial key to open it, order to get it you must find ominous bottle and drink it but becareful everything will be lot harder
When you were saying that you can make a very strong pickaxe it's actually the mace so how you use it is that build up some wear high and fall down as when your falling down you have to hit some one and they will die in one shot even with neither right armor it's very power full

Hello I play minecraft and I know about the trial chamber and there is 2 kinds of vaults. The trail vault, and if you look closely you'll find 1 head on i, and the onions key with 3 heads. You guys found the onimos vault.
