Raptor, that weird looking building you are talking about on minute 6:26 is the Disney Contemporary Resort. The monorail station is actually inside the hotel so that's why it looks hollow in the middle

Your HQ is the merry-go-round. The weird "Soviet Brutalism" building is the Contemporary Resort, and they did an OK job interpreting its architecture.
