  1. So can yall explain something to me. What do yall be thinking when you do stuff like this. Like going camping in a place knowing bears are also there, canoeing in Africa when you know Hippos and alligators are in the water, or going jogging and you know their are mountain lions around. Like what makes you say to yourself this is a good idea?

  2. I lived in Dickinson Texas off the Bijou. You knew there were some gators and other big fish, even possibly bull sharks. I was one person that refused to swim off the dock. When big storms come in, they track up n push from Galveston to Houston a lot of water and big critters.

  3. Yeah well he wasn't to wise to think you can fight a 11ft gator in his own territory in 20ft water that seems like a show of bravado common sense would tell you not to swim in gator infested waters and wrap your legs around a 11ft gator and try some maneuver move on him I guess he want be trying to out smart and beat any more gators because that gator show him whose king in the water and he almost drowned him close call stop trying to be Superman and stay out the water and respect wildlife!

  4. He had 1 free hand/arm… WHY NOT Eye Gouge the Gator instead of ripping your arm off… 1 is harder and more painful, and the other option would force the Gator to release due to intense pain…

He made a choice… but If it were me, I would've tried to Eye Gouge the Gator and I wouldn't have stuck my hand down it's throat, I would've tried to wrap around it and constricted my Legs around it's waist as I'd hold onto it's neck and tried to find the eyes… I would've put every bit of energy into killing the Gator before it kills me rather than simply yanking my arm off… but to each his own.. he probably was right, and if that was the only outcome he could see where he lives, than that was his choice, I'm just glad he's alive… trully a horrific encounter with wildlife… of all Predators on this planet other than Humans, Gators and Crocodiles are the stuff of pure Nightmares (._.)!
