There was MANY people involved. The look on the hotel peoples faces smiling as they Carried him unconsciously back is eerily dark and twisted.

Medical emergencies include psychiatric emergencies as well. This also includes abnormal behaviour from intoxication.
Call police as well if the ill person is agitated.. aggressive or if theres any legal issues. The police will help paramedics to get the agitated /inoperative person to hospital.*
