Why am I not surprised that Daniel jones and Justin fails is in S+ tiers
Raiders haven't been cash poor since moving to Vegas. A google search can confirm that. 😅 but fun show anyways lol.
They forgot to add Josh Allen. Yes, I know they have Josh Allen on the top. But they forgot the Josh Allen doppelgänger who plays like 2017 Josh Allen – making rookie decisions, throwing picks, and fumbling the ball who belongs in "BAD" or below. That was the Josh Allen we saw in the Jets game. I love the Josh Allen at the top of the lineup but I'm always worried the other Josh Allen will show up instead.
Guess who will be called Boomer ..forever ..and ever ,,and ever 🙂
Perna learned what an agent is today so proud of him
boomer reminds me off orange in new black lol pipes fiance aka jim from american pie lol
Sam Howell or Josh dobbs wouldve given the giants a better chance than Daniel jones did on Monday night.
Everybody still underestimating Brock Purdy. Hasn't lost a game he's both started and finished or played at least 3 full quarters. So far this season (2023), #1 in Passer Rating. #1 in QBR. #1 in EPA/play. Zero interceptions in the last 200+ pass attempts. But, okay. I mean, what else do you need to see? Maybe you should watch the entire game instead of just highlights and then make a determination. Oh, I know what you're thinking… He's got this tremendous supporting cast. As if Tom Brady, Joe Montana, Steve Young or Aaron Rodgers didn't have a supporting cast of future Hall of Fame players. But if Brock Purdy were picked No. 3 overall, you'd probably automatically place him in the Elistist category.
Wow, Boomer Perna is more Boomer than me and I'm 55….
Sam Howell has been sacked 2 more times than Daniel Jones, at 24, after week 4. He's looking better every game though.
I think he also has the ugliest INT this season trying to throw over the 6' 6" Epenesa on the Bills in week 3. Epenesa looked like a volleyball player going up to block and it went right into his hands.
You guys trying to figure out who tf Tanner McKee was fucking killed me
Cousins should be higher
Tom whenever Washington is brought up…. "I love Terry Mclaurin." 😂😂😂 me too buddy, me too
The Dolphins are going to murder the Giants later in the season.
This is why you don’t pay a qb that much money based on their performance against the Vikings defense 😂
GPS = Gays Predicting Sports. 😂 Nice work Tom, you and your partner make great content together.
Brandon "Boomer" Esaieson Perna
FIRE JOE BARRY
Perna is lying through his teeth saying he'd decline a 30 million dollar deal in favor of a 9 million dollar deal. That's such an awful take
Giants defense is also really bad. It's hard to win when you give up over 30 points every week.
41:20 lmaooo
Not saying Tannehill is good, but he’s played okay this season. Two really good games and two terrible games haha
And somewhere, Daniel Jones was sacked again
Id say this. To whomever said daniel jones turned gps into first take. FIRST TAKE (BLEEP)ING WISHES THEY WERE THIS GOOD. Like come on. Perna and grossi are running circles around espn
Perna is a boomer or bust prospect.
Which reminds me, he didn't order the bust yet, did he?
Honestly I'm with Perna on this one. My whole life has been setting expectations low because there's self preservation to it. If I take that 30M 3 year ESPN contract, I have to constantly be on all the time and live up to that contract. The risk to my mental well being and job security are too high. There's a much greater chance that I don't last those 3 years and I'm fired in 1.5.
Whereas if I take a 9M 3 year deal, I have nothing to lose. My chances of staying on past those 3 years is significantly higher and my capacity to meet and exceed expectations is that much greater. It's all about the long term. I know myself well enough to know I'm not staying past 3 years at 10M a year.
this season gps got way worse. Way 2 long gambling segments that just subtract and brandon making everything chaotic is the only thing left. Where is the measured and serious talk about football i started watching you guys for?
I have so many vids to cram, so I'm listening to this at 1.75 x speed – and it sounds perfectly normal actually.
If cj stroud was the giants qb they’d be 3-1
My God Perna, I'd say you are chaos incarnate, but putting Drew Lock into very good and Geno in good is so clearly Broncos driven.
1st round was not the round to pick Daniel Jones. The Giants at their current rebuild stage was only not the time to draft someone like Daniel Jones, the guys gonna be out of the NFL at the end of his contract because he's never really had a chance to develop.
Brandon, look at Tua. You cant blame Daniel Jones for everything. Never forget how terrible the Dolphins offense was in 2019. Sure, I get your point about the Bengals and how much Burrow was sacked but he had Jamarr Chase AND a running game. What's similar between the Dolphins 2019 offense in the Giants 2023 offense that's different from the Bengals offense is a complete lack of real offensive weapons along with an absolute terrible offensive line
People that say quarterbacks have to elevate their team forget that Tom Brady left New England because that was impossible
Baby Boom ended 1964 and I am one. In recent years I have heard many much younger called Boomers incorrectly. Although people do tend to become their parents so some probably are acting like Boomers. And Boomer start 1945 and what we think of boomers were old enough to go to Woodstock in 69. Counter Culture which massively changed the social codes. Before that you referred to people Mr, Miss or Mrs. Last name and never wore casual clothes except for working in the yard or maybe at picnic at Disneyland you wear suit and tie or female dress equivalent. Although I assume the micro mini was allowed in middle 60's.
Bro tried to put Herbert into the okay tier….Man has one off game with a mutilated finger and he's down to ok? 71% completion. 1100 yards….10 total scores with only 1 total turnover…man lost all credibility tryna rank him below Jordan love and than ultimately putting him into the same tier as fields…
I stopped listening after you put Justin Herbert in the Very Good category. He's been elite.
LAMAR LEADS THE LEAGUE IN COMPLETION RATE AND HE IS ONLY VERY GOOD. YOU WILL SEE
As an Eagles fan, I think the Giants should give Daniel Jones another pay raise for the induced stress he's enduring through the season.
This may be the most unhinged that I've seen either of these two, let alone together on GPS 😂
58:07 Herbert in good is crazy, dude had probably his second best week against the raiders, stats don’t show the truth, dude avoided like 10 sacks and locked in for the game winning pass
I can't tell if Perna is genuine about his worth or is the biggest Bulls**t artist in modern history because when you can secure your family plus at least a generations financial future ahead in the world we live in today, I'm sorry, but get down off your CROSS PERNA……………………………….. YOU FU***NG DO IT!!!!!!!
that espn take was awful… lol perna usually W but that was an L
The ESPN analogy is off. It's not like the Giants started off offering Jones $40 million. They offered him a reasonable amount first, and he held them hostage for more money. That would be like ESPN calling you up, offering you $3 million a year, and you saying "nope, I won't do it for less than 10".
