  3. I donโ€™t think NAC is an antioxidant itโ€™s a component and limiting factor for the body to produce the master antioxidant glutathione. An increase in NAC will not increase glutathione randomly itโ€™s on a demand basis made and used in particular areas in the body. If you managed to absorb exogenous glutathione or another antioxidant it is not regulated and targeted. NAC will have greater potential benefit for the elderly since they have a lower ability to synthesize NAC on their own. Taking NAC when you donโ€™t need it will not artificially elevate your antioxidant levels where itโ€™s not favorable.

Glycine is way down the list as to what a so called vegan should be concerned about since they would already be deficient quality proteins, fat soluble vitamins A,D,K,E and devoid of the critical fungus B12. I donโ€™t think there are any real vegans because they all do like Steve Jobs and cheat and then claim to be โ€œvegan.โ€ Need to put a bunch of these lying vegans on an island where they cannot get anything but plants that are brought in to them for two years and see how many of these fake vegans are still hanging on.

  5. What do you think of Choline? A recent study shows it lowers the risk of CVD, despite recent controversy regarding production of TMAO from eating egg yolks, carnatine, and saltwater fish.   6. Hi , I wondered if you had ever looked at natural supplements like morringa , baobab , cacao products . Mornings is sold in powdered leaf form and is full of all nutrients for the human body . Amazing products but , all 3 contain calcium and I don't know if that can cause high levels of calcium in the arteries over time of taken the correct or recommended dosages . ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  7. Brother can you please make a video about inflammatory disease and how to reverse it. My mom has rheumatoid arthritis, my dad has sarcoidosis, and I have Crohn's disease. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
