Looks like a great game!
I'm gonna keep an eye on this one. Looks very promising but very rough at the moment. Hopefully they can tighten up combat to make it feel a bit more weighty. Maybe have some better sound effects and possibly a little screen shake or bloom when a hit lands – really give it that impact.
Almost looks like a copy of “Going Medieval”, right down to fonts and menu locations. The only difference is turn by turn combat.
I think you may have forgotten a gate to your animal area. It may be why your guys weren't grabbing the chicken; they didn't have any place to put it.
