Sunday Shoot-a-Round # 160

Yakking in the woods while plinking with my S&W Model 686-1 in .357 Magnum. You might also see some footage of me in Arizona and Nevada at the end of the video. Also, I apologize to my friends in Nevada for not pronouncing their state correctly. I grew up saying it wrong most of my life – tough to change. 🙂

  1. He is absolutely correct on the legal fees. Most law enforcement officers have a legal defense insurance policy of at least 1 million dollars. It isn't cheap, but if you need top-notch attorneys and expert witnesses, it is worth every dollar.

  2. Hi Hickok been a long time since I've chatted with you! Thank you very much for the wonderful video today! I really been thinking about getting a Smith & Wesson 357 Magnum I watched your video here while back on the 686 I seen the one on buds with a distinguished combat 686 357 Magnum with a 4-inch Barrel. Love your video footage of heading out to SHOT show that was really cool looks like something fun to do sometime. Seen you had some footage on 1911's the thinking about getting one from Rock Island Armory the Tact II model and also I seen you had some footage on the Winchester Booth I understand they might be coming out with a tactical semi auto shotgun but I haven't seen it yet! Tell John I said hi and we will see you guys next week!

  3. Hello and good day, I was wondering if YouTube has ad’s you can play? Your advertisements are good, but maybe have an ad segment just to earn some more money, and bring back 90’s like tv advertisements.

  4. The 3 in 686+ is a joy. Great video, as always.
Great thoughts about family. I used to a see an ad on TV in Alabama with Bear Bryant, which tells you how long ago it was. I think it was an ad for Southern Bell. He drawls in that deep gravelly voice, "Call your mother on Mothers' Day. I shore wish I could"

  5. I had a 686 like this one several years ago. It was the most accurate handgun I have ever seen. It was also the most unreliable handgun I have ever had. It was taken to two different gunsmiths in my area for a misfire problem. They could not fix it. I sent the gun back to Smith & Wesson for repair. They replaced some parts. After I got it back it missfired twice in about 100 rounds. Gun was sold to a guy that wanted it for hunting. I have a 5906 S&W that has been 100% reliable.
