Summer Solstice Guided Meditation 2022



There are so many cool things about the Summer Solstice. In Ancient Chinese Medicine, the Summer Solstice signals a transition from Spring to Summer Element. When working with the Earth Element or Rhythm, you will discover that this transition directs us back to ourselves. Worry and self-doubt are governed by the Earth Element that can cause an imbalance in our digestion; one definition of worry is living in the future and envisioning what might happen with negative outcomes. Over time, worry and self-doubt can cause a ripple effect on our health. One aspect of worry is that we cannot control the outcome; becoming aware of this is the key to understanding ourselves better. When we ask ourselves, is worry a habit? If it is, we can make better decisions to change those habits.
