In a video taken by viewer Joshua Gutierrez, lightning can be seen coming from a strong monsoon storm cell that dumped rain in parts of the East Valley. This was the second monsoon storm to affect the East Valley on July 25. An earlier round of storm brought blowing dust to the area.
