As I watch this , there is a stop sighn clearly in view. And what did I watch , a cyclist ride right threw the srop sighn . Then they wonder why there is accidents. Cyclist are at fault also . They are sapose to follow the rules of the road just like a vehicle.

Why don’t the bicyclists follow the rules of the road and stop at stop signs. They just blow the stop signs.
