Stress Control Session Three: Controlling Your Thoughts

Stress Control teaches people to ‘become their own therapist’ by following the Stress Control motto of ‘face your fears, be more active, boost your well-being’. It is a 6 session CBT class for the most common mental health problems: anxiety, depression, panic, poor sleep and poor wellbeing. It was developed by clinical psychologist and Fellow of the British Psychological Society Dr Jim White, who will present these sessions.

This online version of the class is being provided as a free resource from the HSCNI while the physical classes that are normally held in communities throughout the UK and Ireland are temporarily unavailable due to the current coronavirus restrictions.
