The Street Fighter 6 closed beta is now live, and here is a collection of matches I had during day one of the beta! Playing Chun-Li, as chun seemingly is the least popular character in the beta(army of kens and juris though), Still got a lot to learn myself but hope you enjoy!

0:00 – Chun-Li vs Kimberly
14:35 – Chun-Li vs Chun-Li
22:27 – Chun-Li vs Jamie

  1. Hey so here are some matches of Day 1 of the closed Beta of Street Fighter 6! I was playing chun who seemed to be the rarest of the characters available, but she works for me so all good I guess!? Certainly a lot to learn on my end just yet, but def progressed a bunch throughout the day getting better. Hope you enjoy!

  3. Main question is how does the netcode feel? Is there a game's netplay you would compare it to most? For example, there's a huge gap between Tekken 7 netplay and GGST netplay. Where would SF6 netcode fall?

  4. I'm honestly quite surprised at how much fun I'm having with this game, I wasn't expecting much but I really am having fun trying different characters can't wait for the rest of the roster to be playable too

  5. I had fun watching those matches live yesterday! You pulled through them through pure fundamentals, but had to utilize SF6's Drive mechanics to get past the Jamie player. Those were some tough opponents you fought! ^^

  6. What's your opinion on SF6s modern controls? Is that something a beginner can actually get something done? I've heard that it also varies from character to character. Ryu supposedly has better modern control normals than Ken, who is really hindered by them at mid to high levels of play.
