Strategic Command WWII – Max Difficulty 1939 Allies – Episode 1

Strategic Command WWII is a true wargame involving the entire planet, in this campaign we’re battling as the allies on the hardest difficulty. Lets see how it goes. This series was sponsored by my most excellent Patreons, but especially RamgarMT and Starsign, who’s ceaseless support makes things like this possible.

It keeps me motivated to see your comments and I will also do my best to reply to all of them.

  1. oooh, a series that piques my interest since this game is on my wishlist. Finally something new with excellent gameplay and puns/ jokes provided by Edmon. will watch it in the evening with a can of beer. Just commenting to appease the Yt gods and almighty Edmond

  2. It is great seeing this come together. For the record, I said that I had never "seen" anyone play it on the hardest difficulty. My guess is others have tried. The true challenge to this game would conquer the world as Poland! 🙂

  3. I have not seen you use the most important button in the game, the supply button. It the teardrop button on the bottom left. Click it once to see current supply levels and a second time to see estimated supply for next turn. You should also crack open the manual and have a look at the tables and chart on pages 164 – 168. Good luck!

  4. you can double tap a naval (or any unit) to make a long distance move (yellow range, double) they cannot attack after, and will fight even worse than a normal ambush if run into anything, but useful for relocating stuff, like the cv or other naval asset. Also cv fighters are worse than land based ones, so not really useful to help france, unless willing to suffer heavy losses for a bit of german loss.

  5. the germans do have the norway trade route, since the neutral norway and the neutral sweden do participated in the selling of the ores and steel. the norway campaign was to secure that route, not to create it.
