Story #3 i think. My family and friends are mostly Muslims, they fast for a whole month. I know that it's disrespectful to eat in front of someone fasting, i try to do it when they are not around but they have never been pissed off at me for eating in front of them. I even forget that they are fating and they just remind me. Your religion your thing, how you do it you do it for you. But getting pissed off like that is not that you have a problem with them eating, you're just an a$shole. You can always ask nicely or just ignore it.
On the third story I have to say if he is that allergic to cats then maybe he shouldn't come to her house. So no I don't think she was a jerk especially if she cleaned the pan afterwards.
