  1. I just want to clarify that I think golf is a great sport and wonderful when people find activities that they love! I hope no one feels like I was speaking negatively on the sport or has anxiety around their partner playing! It was meant to just be silly banter about how time consuming the sport is šŸ’›ā›³ļø

  2. Story 2, not only did she throw away her whole relationship for one night, it was for one night with someone she wasn't even into, it was a guy who had been pursuing her so she "knew he wouldn't say no". She fully took advantage of her assumption that he would cave and let her have her way with no repercussions.

  3. šŸ˜‚ lauren worried about falling in love with a golfer when there's hunters. My guys been gone for 8 days on his 9 day elk hunt and basically every weekend in the fall and spring for bear. Deer in the fall practicing and sighting in his bow all summer. Golfing doesn't have shit lol. But yeah, true passionate hunters aren't wasting their time cheating at least šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

  4. Story 2: Iā€™d love to see the polyam community show up and support this discussion, thatā€™s all ā¤ Iā€™m a proud polyamorous person. I do NOT agree with how the wife acted at all. That is not asking for respect. That is not asking for ā€œfreedomā€. Iā€™m baffled at how she acted. That husband is a fucking saint. 52:54
Iā€™d love to reiterate what Lauren said: MONOGAMY IS OKAY! If you and your partner want to be in a closed, monogamous relationship? That is perfectly fine and good! Itā€™s about the agreement and mutual understanding between parties. Ethical non-monogamy is not a ā€œfree for allā€ or a ā€œhall passā€. Even if it were, it would be up to the parties involved to agree on what theyā€™re comfortable with!!

  5. Story 2: my cousin tried to do the same thing after she survived cancer. She would milk her cancer as much as possible and still does 5 years later, in order to get everyone around her to do what she wants. If you refuse (even nicely) she will treat you like you're a monster and will fake cry

  6. I adore Morgan but sometimes she completely misunderstands what her friends are trying to say and watching her friends try to get her to get it is painful lol. All Lauren was trying to say is a man who claims to have golf as a hobby has a convenient excuse to be away from his wife for long periods of time and could plausibly spend that time with a second family. If your husband loves golf and is gone for 8 hours you aren't questioning it. If your partner is an avid runner and disappears for 8 hours you would be suspicious lol

  7. for lauren: iā€™ll be the disgusting one to offer this perspective. i think the quote about r4pe being about violence more than s3ggs applies here. it was just about how he was Able to do it. he probably had the urge for a while and it built until he took it upon himself and the first opportunity he found. (gross gross gross, im sorry,) his victimā€™s gender has little to do with his personal sexuality. his ā€˜partnerā€™ being dead couldā€™ve been enough to greenlight any hole for his discretion. you see this with other types of offenders where the gender is not the important part, but the vulnerability and inability to fight back.

i hope that if his victimā€™s family did have to find out, that they sued him for everything he had. otherwise, part of me hopes theyā€™ll never know.

  9. Last one was TOTAL bride Zula and Morgan said exactly what I always say: Iā€™m not friends with friends because of how they look. Period. Iā€™ve had near death situations and friends I care deeply about have been in them too and maybe thatā€˜s shaped my mindset, but even before situations like these happened Iā€™d NEVER tell my bridesmaids to cover tattoos, dye/cut their hair, wear shapewear or ANYTHING that makes them uncomfortable or to buy ME things. No cap.

  10. Can we PLEASE clarify that having something like a hysterectomy does NOT make you any less of a woman or "take away" your womanhood. The ability to birth doesn't give you the stamp of womanhood. There are plenty of cis women who cannot give birth, yet they are still women. Love y'all!

  12. Story two is so sad, Iā€™m glad OP was able to leave without regret or staying for something that was clearly hurtful & disrespectful. Really risked your whole marriage for something temporary.

  13. Story 4 is truly vile. OPā€™s husband wouldā€™ve been well aware there were cameras in the morgue and still did what he did knowing heā€™d get caught eventually. Also guessing he did this more than once or attempted to, which is probably why he got caught in the first place. Heā€™s horrible; I wish the OP and her baby all the safety in the world
