  1. Let the GO TO JAIL OR FAIL comments begin! LOL. Seriously though… this was an investigation not a road side legal argument. One of the first steps to holding them accountable is to document and expose their unconstitutional practices. That was my goal with this investigation and I accomplished my goal. Refusal to ID under these circumstances could have resulted in arrest where I could be successfully prosecuted. If you are willing to go to jail under circumstances like this nobody is stopping you. I’d be happy to share your arrest video here on my channel.

  3. I wish you would also address our public lands, as most people call them federal lands, or BLM lands, and state lands, which all belong to we the people, park service has become forceful, as hard to talk to just as police, and thanks for the informative videos, and your love and respect for our vets. Peace

  5. No he didn't have the legal right to stop you but why didn't you stick up for your right about not showing your ID with this particular officer I watched a lot of your videos and you usually give them a pretty hard time even though you stay calm you're still pretty hard about I don't want to give you my ID if I don't have to cuz you didn't break any law he said you didn't break any law but you didn't bring that up you just handed over your ID kind of makes me wonder

  6. Sorry, neither of these are a traffic violation!!! Only required to provide ID if you have violated a traffic violation or committed a crime. Otherwise this is an illegal stop!!!

  7. If jeff would have moved over as soon as he saw the lights, they would have stopped him for driving in the left lane. The law states that you have to move over it does not say you have to move over a mile before you get there. As long as you are in the left lane when you go past the officer, then you are legal!! So this BS of coming up with false reasons to stop people has to stop!!

  8. Why can't cops just shut up!!! They have to talk constantly before truth actually might hit them in their face and they have to admit they have no control over their words. OR, just say Satan come out!! takes much less time and talking.

  9. Cop is an jerk who had no valid reason for the stop. The need articuable suspicious of a crime, not suspicious actions like moving over to give space to the officers or parking legally on the street.
