  1. Yup šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ been working on this one… my adhd has me over worried about the most pointless things. Helpful, (warning: don’t eat powerful gummies on an empty stomach either) šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ or get ready for the panic of your life

  2. Her and Tony Robbins need to go to jail for their part in a human trafficking operation that has cause the death of many people. Mel is Mel Gibson. The are inventing lies and stealing things

Let’s talk about the murder of Kindra Nelson in 2021 and the fraud you and your husband were involved in against me

  3. My experience with Washington State Child welfare is not support but being constantly attacked and thrown away. Both of my adult children were abused by the system to break up family because of the hostility towards me as a single parent.

When I was in my 20’s my mom passed away, I was pregnant with my first child and went through deep depression and post partum, really did a number on me psychologically , I wish someone had talked to me back then like you have done recently. For me you have been a life saver, I thank you for taking time to talk to us so candidly and opened our minds .
    Bless you, ā¤

  5. How have you been? The problems are always behind us. We are thinking all the time of the past or future, anybody can change done in the past and the future is uncertain, the real time is the present.😊😊

  6. My husbands anxiety (I believe he has a disorder) is so bad it’s affecting our marriage. I get fed up with it and I know that is awful to say. Everything had to be just right, perfect, planned etc & it’s making miserable. It affects the children and everything we do!

  7. Donald Trump was repeating my Facebook page when he made the president Ike speech.

The people saying Ike is Tina Turner Ike need to send me money for the character defamation campaign the are running against me. Cosa Nostra can have 10% for making sure they pay.

They can do the same thing for the people involved in spreading the rumor around about blue eyes, and child porn in a trunk. The Mexican cartels and arian brotherhood was behind starting that lie

  8. This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

  9. Start a simple journal first thing in the morning. Jot down whatever is on your mind, anything, everything. It's for you alone and then you'll see the rest of the day seems calmer. I tried and it worked for mešŸ¤—.

  10. This guy has obviously never had a panic attack because they are not funny… You can actually feel and think that you just ate poison or something and you’re dying and you need to be rushed to the emergency room … but you can’t physically get to your car and drive yourself because your body won’t work … and then you need to find a friend to drive you that’s how bad a panic attack is with NO warning it’s even coming. Not to mention that leading up to this your handling everything just fine. It’s not histrionics. #duh

  11. I have been in depression type of disease…..I used to worry a lot…I myself am doctor and I know when I am saying that when you are in depression spiral positive thoughts don't come…whole day you are in auto pilot mode of negative thoughts…it doesn't matter how hard you try positive thoughts don't come by itself in depression….also when I started medication I feel much better.every body has some downpoints and thank God mine went by antidepressants….when I see my patients now in depression I don't think now that they can control it or they are over worrying…these people are really in pain and need medical and psychological support

  12. I hate that people think this is new. Joyce Meyer has been around for 45 years she wrote the book like 30 years ago ā€œbattlefield of the mindā€ to change your thoughts and replace them with positive ones a.k.a. Stop a thought and put an ā€œanchorā€ thought in. I mean this has been around forever She just preaches the word of God so maybe that’s why it’s not popular šŸ™„

  13. A perfect marriage or relationship is an illusion; there's no universal playbook for making them work. What's effective for one couple may not apply to another. Nevertheless, I've come to understand that there's always a solution to be found. Half a decade ago, my wife and I faced such trials in our marriage that divorce seemed inevitable. Yet, through perseverance and determination, we navigated through the rough waters and emerged stronger, reunited, and more resilient

  14. Fantastic video! Would it be possible to put the names of the other people who appear in the video, on the screen so we know who they are? Also, what do you do when you know someone who you don't think worries enough? lol I have a friend who's life is in constant crisis and then she is always coming to me for help. It's NOT working out for her because she never wants to spend any time focusing on her problems and fixing them. I see her and that just makes me worry about my life so I needed this today.
