Universities and colleges are responsibile for a great deal of the student loan debt. This was a good thing for them. They decided to take advantage of this situation The government is going to pay the universities and colleges the money every year, so let's go up on tuition. This has gotten out of hand. And the institutions are going to increase their tuitions even higher. Is this a ponzi scheme?
