  1. I was going to email you, but ill just comment. My husband is active duty and is currently deployed. It is SO hard. Ive been working on my etay shop a lot more now that we are back in the usa, we lived in Germany for 3 years. I would love love loveee a video on your experience. I will watch it 100s on times to get you views πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ but actually that would be amazing. Love your stuff!! ❀❀❀

  2. Hi, y’all! I’m seriously eyeballing the HAA. I do have a question for it, since I have a hybrid store on Etsy (digital/a couple POD/ now breaking into handmade, where my heart is). Is there a section in the HAA that discusses creating for very disparate audiences and the pros and cons of different ways to handle it?

By this I mean, I started with digital products and that audience is pretty specific. Although the overall aesthetics are in line with my PoD and handmade stuff, the target customers are very different for my physical vs. digital. Is there a discussion about this by chance? I’m currently struggling to consider my branding if I want to offer to both!

  4. Please try not to let the comments on reddit get you down too much. I've long been a reddit fan, but the site is well known for being riddled with trolls and arrogant assholes who wouldn't know a healthy relationship if it came up and punched them in the face. Anyone with any common sense can watch you two and see that Marc is a sweetheart and you two are absolutely adorkable together. Honestly y'all remind me so much of my husband and I. We always joke that our love language is giving each other hell, but it's good-natured with a smile and a laugh. And it's been that way since we met in high school 20 years ago. Not everyone gets our relationship, and that's ok, the ones that matter do and have repeatedly said how ours is one of the strongest marriages they've ever seen. I expect you and Marc are the same way, so try to ignore the trolls who clearly know nothing about your marriage.

Also, thank you so much for all you put into this channel. Opened my shop couple of months ago, and just got my first organic (non friend/non family) sale today, yay! Admittedly the shop is still a bit of a mess. I had a clear feeling for how I wanted the shop to be from the start, but translating that into workable branding and product aesthetic was harder than I expected, but I'm refining it down while listening to a lot of your branding videos both on here and on Printify. HAA is out of my budget for this year, but I'm hopeful that by this time next year I'll be able do join in, and in the meantime I'm just soaking up all this wonderful free content. Thanks again!

  5. Hi Starla I am thinking of niching down in 2024, should I rename my Esty shop? I don't get a ton of traffic unless I buy ads. Also my Facebook page and Instagram doesn't see much growth and I am thinking of dumping them and starting new with my new branding. Does this make sense or am I overthinking it? Thanks for all your great content

  7. Hi Starla, I have a question – I have a few niche stores. But only one has social media accounts. I think I should have the handles for the other 2 secured, but I have no idea had to manage social media for 3 stores!
