  1. Pops gotta understand Sticky supposed to have that cafeteria freestyle type of feel with the ratchet girls jumping into the freestyle. It’s so very Southern rap feel to the whole record. Especially with the marching band horns and drums. HBCU’s gonna eat it up

  2. I unfortunately have the attention span of a fruit fly, and struggle not to skip songs if they're not the Goldilocks level of right for me… But his album is different, it's captivating. And it was so enjoyable to see you both appreciate it too.

  3. 0:53 kinda related but most people online should stop setting themselves up to be ‘let down’ before even listening to the album as it is. If there are features, that’s a bonus with new albums, but it’s about Tyler and what he’s capable of, not how many people or who he can put on tracks. Let him present the work to us first. I’m so happy for people who go in with no spoilers or specific expectations or with open minds anyway like y’all did.

It’s weird too because I think the features that are included are dope, but unfortunately some people aren’t just satisfied with what they got just because it wasn’t who they expected or wanted. What happened to being excited to just get new music in general anymore? Don’t let the “bad news” overshadow the listening sessions when there doesn’t have to be any in the first place, everyone. And I say this for all artists you give a listen to.

Anyway, had fun relistening with you two!
