Guga balls are indeed delicious and addictive
Please guys try this with dollar steak. Maybe doing a fillet mignon fake. Like which fillet is better and one of them is actually a dollar steak tenderised with ginger for 24 hours.

I would never eat a steak like that. If you have a good quality steak you don't need any tenderizer. It would be like eating a marshmallow.
You forgot to add the extra batter as you roll the takoyaki. It makes the ball more round.
Time to give the eye round this treatment.

You inspire me. Actually the Chinese steam fish using so many ginger. How about let it marinated like that before real steam it? Can it shorten the steaming time ๐ค For bigger fish take longger time for steam

See this is what I love about Guga's channels- I not only enjoy seeing the Meat and dying to taste it, I also learned so much from Guga. Now I love Ginger and use it for all of my life but I never knew until today it is a Meat tenderizer. I wonder if the cousin Galangal has the same effect on Meat and now I will do both.

Very interesting. I m Asian and use it in a lot of my dishes but had no clue it could make a steak more tender let alone taste better, I just took out some rib eyes from my freezer and gonna try this tomorrow.
