Awesome tour. I like the Srat. There seems to be some snobbery & most won’t even try it out. I like the new renovations. Nice room & they keep it economical. No one has a problem staying at the resorts world. Which is way down there too. Lol. Young people. Lol

We stay there every now and then only because it's one of the few places where we get totally comp weekends, so if i need to go to Vegas for Fri & Sat i stay there. They have the worst mattresses. On our last stay i decided to upgrade our standard room for $9, it was a room like the one you were in. I called down to tell them it must've been a mistake because i paid for an upgrade and that room looked old as hell, she said the upgrade means its been upgraded in the last 5 years. But i gamble there alot, i like the casino and the Remix lounge is like a club, 8p-12 live music and from midnight-4a there's a dj. I guess being from CA the area doesn't scare me, we walk across to Sahara all the time. I don't find it any worst the the crazies center strip.

Back in the day I used to stay at an EconoLodge (no longer extant) on the Strip a mile NORTH of the Strat, so even more limbo-ey. Turns out, weirdly enough, that it's the same EconoLodge that Mohammed Atta was staying at when he was planning the 9/11 attacks. We weren't there at the same time though.
Thank you for doing the room right away . I mean I like a glance at the room just to see if there worth the money . But I don’t need to see the art on the wall lol
No one does reviews on the Tuscany Suites and Casino or the Platinum Hotel, few more properties to look into reviewing
I stayed at The Strat last month during the NFL Draft. It was pretty cool, I like the casino and the room. They do need to upgrade their rooms, even though I liked the room I stayed in. They need to upgrade their lamps and their phone too plus the TV didn't work. I didn't get a chance to go up to the Skypod though. I checked out a show that was playing at the hotel, it was cool. Also, went to the L.A. Comedy Club; I had a lot of fun and the comics were funny. I went to PT's and their wings were good. But, you're right about the area being sketchy at night especially the casino across the street. I went into that casino, it's like a whole other world. I give The Strat at least 3 1/2 ***. I just subscribed to your channel.
Stayed at the Strat many times, last time was about 3 years ago, always enjoyed it there. I see they have upgraded it so looking forward to seeing that. I do find it annoying that they charge residents of the hotel to go to the sky pod. The hotel could at least have free entry between say 10am-12 Noon so residents can go and see the view if they wish. This policy of charging seems it would create more bad will and people not booking to stay at the Strat then the money it will make for them.
Would never walk around the area at night but during the day it's cool
I have a total of 7 pillows on my bed😂👍I stayed here once for 1 night in 2011. It's a joke that the tower access isn't included with a room. I will never stay here just because of that. Weak Strat! staying at the Strat now..feels like a motel 6….from 25 years ago lol…….and the wifi…same…slower as dial up…cant even download 1 photo to facebook…..and 400 effin dollars resort fee….wtf….not even a microwave or coffeemaker in the room…i had to pay for an upgrade to get a fridge….and whome ever remodelled the rooms……the strat picked the cheapest guy…all boards on floors in bathroom and hallway are lose…..and the showerhead so close to the wall,that you have to put your back to the wall to get wet 😀
Somebody knows about the cheapest hotels in Strat? I just found reviews about the new remodelate rooms but none of the cheapest about 55 per night! please someone!!
Do you know which are the renovated towers I want to ask to stay on that side even if I have to pay more.
