Only getting 30 days for his crime that easily could have cost INNOCENT peoples lives, driving drunk as a LEO that should be punished severely, or better having led to his FIRING.

Love it when cops get upset over other cops acting illegally…the trooper admitted he had "found" the lieutenant's phone while illegally looking thru the information on it so any subsequent statement that he (the trooper) was trying to figure out whose phone it was was a lie intended solely to inconvenience and harass. Something I am certain the lieutenant has done to citizens on many occasions…..
