Starfield News | Getting Delayed Again?

The latest Starfield news has many asking if it is getting delayed again. We still don’t have a Starfield release date but apparently another Redfall delay has taken place. Recent comments from Matt Booty seemed to indicate that Starfield would land after Redfall.

I will be sure to cover any new Starfield gameplay footage that is released. But I anticipate a Starfield update in the early part of 2023 due to the recent rumor about Redfall.

Starfield is an upcoming action role-playing video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks.

  2. I look at the series s as an upgraded last gen console. Not even all that much of an upgrade. My brother got an S but I told him he should spend the extra money for the better hardware. He still got the S though. Ah well lol

  3. I agree with the November release. Probably not the 11/11 release Todd wanted bc it falls on a Saturday but still. So sad that it will get delayed, because I reaaaally want to get my hands on it. I’m probably too excited. I also understand, however, that the delay should be better for the game as a whole.

  4. No surprise if it gets delayed to 2024. They certainly need it after that abismal trailer. Never understood why people like Bethesda games, but they certainly need all the time they can get

  5. I am sticking with fall of 2023; you always have to look at the business side of things. If you are trying to push consoles it going to be fall. Motorsport will be summer and drag things to fall and drop Starfield. MS always try to win holiday sales.

  6. I think the leak about redfall being may release is nonsense.

No way that game needs 5 more months development, nor will Microsoft leave us waiting 5 more months just for that.

I am confident aI havsee another leak has suggested a march release.

So I expect starfield will be may/June.

I am tired of hearing coming soon, or just wait abit longer. We have waited long enough now. There will be bugs anyway just get starfield out now

  7. I really don't get the major concerns with Starfield being the next "Cyberpunk". The game development is already done for the game and I agree that delay is for optimization and polish,so why no faith it will release fine on the X at (lol) at least folks?

  8. Nah you can’t delay something without a release date 😂 first of all let’s get that out of the way, I’m tired of seeing all the negativity surrounding Starfield as if it’s not going to be the most important game Xbox is going to push in 2023. Bethesda has always made amazing games. Fallout 76 is not a real BGS game. And Fallout 4’s dlcs made that game up there. So imagine that Bethesda. You got a good picture of it in your head? Okay not picture that Bethesda with the unlimited resources and talent and connections that is Microsoft. Okay that’s the difference between CD Projekt Red and whoever developed no man’s sky. It’s not some smaller European game studio who had never done a single true open world game before Cyberpunk. So stop with the comparisons. There are few studios who have been making true open world rpgs for over 30’s like BGS has. The games coming out sooner this year rather than later and it’s going to be amazing

  9. Hey yah Lono, what's good??
Gonna be honest, I'm not very hyped about Starfield, in fact never was…
Don't get me wrong, when the game launches, if it's good I'll likely try it out… not holding my breath tho… XD
Also not super concerned about the console issues, one lesson I've learned the hard way is: nowadays games like Starfield/Cyberpunk'd/or-any-open-world-RPG is a much better proposition to own those on PC… my last mistake was getting Cyberpunk'd on PS4(Pro)… that system was @ it's life cycle's end… tha's what hype does to people's decisions…
PC on the other hand, give us not only the option to get a third party support from the modding community, but also the chance to expand and extend playability through said mods… I've experienced this since Skyrim, and on many different games… Cyberpunk'd was my last big mistake…
Regardless, obviously I do hope this game turns out being a good one… redemption for Fallout76 so to "speak" LOL
    Cheers bud!!! XD

  10. You shouldn't talk Xbox. You don't seem to know very much at all. How do you not know Xboxs first party studios and then talk about them? Also those listed games from the showcase only were announced until June 2023. They've never said what comes after only that we don't know everything yet. The series X has outperformed the PS5 many many times. Why would it struggle to run Starfield when by every metric except the SSD is more capable then the PS5? and the series S has many next gen games that run at 60 fps Halo, Flight sim, Forza. Jez and Rand also did not say they were going to have a huge showcase early 2023. They said it would be a rather small showcase around 30 minutes for first party. Most big announcements would be saved for E3. Too many errors to keep listening.
