Note: It isn't guaranteed that some of the ships will be there. Things like your piloting skill level, and starship design skill level can have influence on what spawns. (The higher your skills the better the ships will spawn) I also discovered that if you want to refresh a vendor's inventory fast travel to a different planet and then come back and they will sell different ships sometimes.
Alright I am convinced that the Renegade III ship is locked behind a quest. No trader has it.

I wonder when modding makes Ships like the Roccinante or Donnager possible in Starfield.
A Steam workshop support with mods would make things a lot easier too.

I need assistance; I don't see a lot of these ships at the given locations. I have my Piloting maxed out. Am I missing something?
Anyone know why some of the ships have II after their names? For example the “Dragonfire II” or the “Warhammer II” I’ve only seen these ships for sale without the II attached to their names.
My Neon City Vendor is just not there. never. Does not spawn at all at all times.
So, i'm experiencing that the Neon vendor is not there, I've looked everywhere, but with no success. Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Ships in this game need a bit of help on the outside they should have anti collision lights on them and when I walk around my ship at night down facing lights on the ship dont work so the landing pad is super dark.
So hope town is just gone for me for some reason
Another one in Neon City, inside in the middle of the city called "STROUD EKLUND". The one and only sell crew 6 cockpit.
how come the crimson base only shows 3 ships for me
Are there level limits of some kind tied to vendor inventories? I went to gagarin but he doesn't sell what's shown
If you go to the showrooms of the manufacture they also sell big class C ships, big modules and cockpits that only they sell for that brand and can't find anywhere else.
I think my favorite ship vendor is the Starport in NARION. However if you need shielded cargo, you wont find any there.
I only see 4 ships at the Neon vendor. I’m having hard time trying to find the Vista ship.

The moment I realized that the "Spacer Coyote" I keep blowing up in space, ARE the "Shieldbreaker" I was saving up for, and the "Crimson Fleet Ghost" IS the "Watchdog" just with uglier paint jobs.. Game Changer lol
Frontier was a Novo Galactic ship. While the Shroud CEO is part of Constellation. He doesn't pay for the ship so F him and get a Novo Galactic replacement for Frontier, haha.
