  2. What is most interesting is actually watching the units take position in order to kill each over. But unfortunately, an observer panel only an observer knows how to read (and care to) seems to block the view sometimes.

    No, that's the benefit of not having the barracks producing
    You might not have barracks units, but you get the rest of your production up quicker while the reaper pins them at home somewhat, allowing the quick follow up to do more damage since they'd generally have less
    Zoun just knew it and as such was getting ready for an early mine drop

  4. Most of these games seem so close for so long in my eyes. To me I t kind of feels like a single game is just about them going in there using their amazing skills as best as they can and picking a hundred of their best stacked dice to throw and hope for the best.
    I mean, in the long run slightly skewed randomness is consistent enough on average to build a career out of, but in the short term of most fights have so much chance and even if I sometimes see the details that actually makes it skewed often it looks very close to a tossup. At least when players are well matched but that goes without saying. I guess that kind of thing is inevitable in any competition were people are close enough in ranking to be reasonable opponents. The way of saying two people are well matched is essentially just that their odds of winning or losing is close to even. And if that is measured in best of fives then they must be incredibly close for individual fights.
    I suppose the odds of Byun winning here is supposed to be higher and at some relevant points that showed. But by no means did it seem like an inevitable conclusion at least until the ending was close. Well at least for me, whatever that’s worth since I’m just a metal league potato at best so no one should probably really care about my kindergarten level reading of the game.

    The maps and the unit balance seem like it’s at a pretty fun spot for watching right now btw. The ghost seem a bit ridiculous in that it strips all the shields. Especially against the dark Templars actually. Terran already has strong detection so it seems like dts could have a fun role to play if they weren’t hard countered by a spell caster just having to hit a huge ball on them. Maybe the shield strip could be in a line or something so the opponent could dodge it.
