  1. Lol! Lotsa Hoo Nose! SpaceX closing them doors is going to be hard to accept… And WHO came up with 135 days fer heaven's sake – it's not even a whole number of weeks or months!! There's obviously some "I'm in charge – so put on your silly hats and stand on one leg" powerplay going on behind an official's closed doors…

  2. Great reporting Jack. Love the hat! The new lifting bracket for Starships is cool. One more routine procedure added. No more cutting and welding and cutting of lifting points. It really looks like SpaceX is just about ready to launch a Starship at least once per day by capability but not regulation. Rocket launches are practically a daily occurance. So ok government, KEEP UP!

  3. Fun fact: average yearly rainfall on the completed Starfactory roof is enough for 15 launches. In winter it takes two months to collect water for one launch, in the wet month of September it takes ten days on average.
Methalox engine exhaust is not likely to add significant amounts of environmentally hazardous chemicals to the deluge water. Drinking water on the other hand contains residue of purification chemicals and most of all chlorine, a pretty nasty chemical in a biologically sensitve area, at least when hundereds of thousands of gallons are used. Per launch. Or maybe the worst pollution from using drinking water is the diesel exhaust from hauling the water from whichever waterplant the source it from.

  4. It's getting ridiculous, 4 boosters ahead and no launch yet. Even considering 5 months between a launch and another, what for? Refining what they haven't tested yet? 🤔
Booster 13th and yet 1 launch only.

  5. I remember last test flight and how people where freaking out about the FAA. And then they gave approval and the rocket was not ready for a long time. You americans need to take a healthy dose of reality and actually complain about real issues instead of this general anti government nonsense. Gods knows your government have real issues. This is not one of them.
